There are two preferred options for sending your files to us:
• Email – please send your files 5MB or less as an attached document to <> If the file is large you may want to compress it using a zip program (such as PKZIP).
• FTP (File Transfer Protocol) – please contact your Print Strategy representative for your private FTP login information. Our FTP server will advise us if files have successfully transferred. If you have not received a confirmation from Print Strategy within 4 hours (during the workday) of transferring the files FTP, please contact Print Strategy. It is likely that your files did not successfully transfer. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
